Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in Burger King standards.
• Motivate employees and handle conflicts.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leaders and put restaurant staff first.
• Create a memorable guest experience customers will discuss.
• Balance high-quality service with financial goals.
• Welcome and onboard new team members with training.
• Lead team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff.
• Prepare shift supervisors for the next level.
• Ensure fast, friendly service and clean restaurant.
• Monitor QSC metrics and adjust staffing as needed.
• Maintain accurate daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and place product orders to control costs.
• Schedule staff and manage onboarding and onboarding.
• Address employee needs and Operational Assessments with action plans.
