Job summary

Burger King in Houston is seeking a motivated supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and deliver excellent guest service. You will manage daily operations, coach employees, and help maintain QSC standards to meet financial goals.

Ideal candidates have high school diploma, 1–2 years of supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. This on-site role offers opportunities for growth within our growing Burger King franchise.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Coach brand service behaviors - train, observe, provide feedback.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean restaurant environment.
• Ensure product quality and operation standards are met.
• Partner with GM to create improvement plans for guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and orders; implement cost controls.
• Monitor staffing and onboarding of new team members.
