Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic writing skills.
• High School diploma, or equivalent.
• Proficient in math and financial management.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to employees.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance.
• Support the development of team members.
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are appropriately staffed to meet guest service goals.
• Maintain safe, sanitary environment per guidelines and laws.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Help implement action plans for production, productivity, quality and guest service.
• Review guest feedback and implement improvements to drive results.
