CAVA is seeking a Team Leader to help bring our mission to life in our restaurants. You will supervise daily operations, support the General Manager, and ensure guests receive warm, on-brand service while maintaining safety and quality standards.

As a Team Leader, you will mentor Team Members, delegate tasks, assist with opening/closing, manage inventory, and uphold food safety, with opportunities for career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support General Manager and Assistants with training and development of Team Members.
• Open/close the restaurant, manage inventory, and handle cash as needed.
