Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to bring its mission, values, and guest focus to life in our busy restaurants. You’ll lead daily operations, delegate tasks, train team members, and ensure high standards for service and food quality.

As part of a fast-growing brand, you’ll collaborate with managers to promote a positive work environment, handle opening/closing duties, and support safety and food safety practices while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bring the spirit of hospitality to guests and ensure quality food.
• Coach, develop, and support cross training as the business grows.
• Open/close restaurant, place orders, conduct inventory, and handle cash.
• Support food safety initiatives and ensure proper practices are followed.
• Model sound decision making and help resolve issues.
• Support deployment on shifts to boost service interactions and timely order presentation.
