Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Team Leader to guide daily restaurant operations, ensuring a positive work environment and top-notch guest experiences across shifts. You will work with the General Managers and Assistant GMs to lead the team, delegate tasks, and uphold standards of service and food quality.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, inventory, orders, cash handling, and maintaining food safety. Join a growing brand with strong values and a focus on hospitality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Lead and support daily team operations in a hospitality setting.
• Coach and develop Team Members through cross training.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, food orders, inventory, and cash handling.
• Support food safety initiatives and ensure cleanliness standards.
• Demonstrate sound decision making and resolve issues onshift.
• Assist deployment on scheduled shifts to maximize service interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and manage the team to deliver hospitality and quality food.
• Collaborate with managers and team members to meet commitments to guests.
• Open/close restaurant, place orders, conduct inventory, and handle cash as needed.
• Support food safety and cleanliness across the team.
• Mentor and coach team members; ensure proper training is provided.
• Ensure timely service and presentation of orders during shifts.
