Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to guide restaurant teams and bring our hospitality-driven culture to life on every shift. You will collaborate with General Managers and Assistant GMs, supervise daily operations, delegate tasks, and coach Team Members to uphold our standards and guest experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, inventory and order placement, cash handling, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness. A positive, proactive mindset helps you thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Lead restaurant teams to uphold hospitality standards and guest experience.
• Coach and develop Team Members as the business grows.
• Support opening/closing, inventory, cash handling, and order placement as needed.
• Enforce food safety and cleanliness practices across the restaurant.
• Demonstrate sound decision making and resolve issues on shift.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant, place food orders, conduct inventory, and cash handling.
• Support the overall restaurant experience and execute key duties to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Promote teamwork, delegate tasks, and train Team Members on standards and procedures.
