The role emphasizes leadership, training and daily problem-solving to ensure memorable guest experiences and improved performance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a high-school diploma or GED.
• Experience managing people in food service or as a shift supervisor is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and guest-service focus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on scheduling, staffing, quality and safety to meet company standards.
• Recruit, train, develop and communicate expectations to the team to maximize sales and profitability.
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver high-quality guest service and safety.
