Job summary

Peter Piper Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations, ensure guests receive a high-quality experience, supervise staff, and uphold standards of hospitality, product quality and a clean environment. You will coach and develop team members, handle scheduling, control costs, and support training across shifts, with opportunity for career growth within our fast-paced restaurant.

At Peter Piper Pizza, the Assistant Manager contributes to the execution of company operations standards by ensuring guests receive a high‑quality experience; this includes providing outstanding hospitality, quality products, a clean environment and coaching/developing team members, certified trainers, team leads, key holders and shift supervisors.

Essential Job Functions and Work Environment

• Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds during a scheduled shift.
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during a scheduled shift.
• The work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to non‑weather related wet, humid, extreme heat and extreme cold conditions.
