Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 21 years of age, with potential COO approval for local law exceptions.
• Minimum 1 year of people management experience or 6 months as a Shift Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staffing, and operations.
• Recruit, train, develop and communicate expectations to the team to grow sales and profits.
• Coach and motivate staff to maintain high guest service and safety standards.
• Understand cost control, inventory, and labor management.
