Circle K in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and lead a team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. You will coach team members, ensure food safety and quality, and manage cash and reporting activities to drive profitability.

This role requires full-time availability across all hours, a valid driver's license, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure while upholding Circle K standards and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner and coach team.
• Conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintain clean restaurant environment and assign shift duties; ensure completion.
• Ensure food items meet brand, company, and health regulations; coach on prep.
• Cascade information to team and assist with new product training.
• Place campaign materials as requested.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
• Monitor cash, sales, and inventory; complete end-of-shift paperwork and report discrepancies.
• In RM absence, complete daily/weekly/end-of-period paperwork, counts, and orders.
• Guarantee a safe environment following all laws and safety codes.
• Complete incident reports per policy; assist with financial/operational metrics.
