Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet business needs.
• Help assign employee duties, encourage teamwork, and promote a collaborative work environment.
• Keep the team informed about new menu items, specials, and promotions ensuring complete understanding of food prep and service.
• Supervise employee performance and behavior, ensure policy adherence, maintain high service standards.
• Monitor and adjust time cards and schedules to meet restaurant needs and minimize overtime.
• Enforce portion control as per SOPs and maintain security protocols; check deliveries for accuracy and quality.
• Handle cash receipts, reconcile funds, and make daily deposits.
