Job summary

IHOP 3024 Bryan is seeking a full-time Crew Chief to lead a high-performing team, overseeing prep, equipment, and supplies, while assigning duties and promoting teamwork to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will train new staff, supervise performance, monitor time cards, adjust schedules to reduce overtime, enforce SOPs, check deliveries for quality, and manage cash deposits with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and read English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic math ability.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies.
• Assign duties, motivate teamwork, and maintain a collaborative environment.
• Inform staff about new menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Supervise performance and enforce company policies and SOPs.
• Monitor time cards and adjust schedules to minimize overtime.
• Enforce portion control and maintain security during deliveries.
• Handle cash receipts, reconcile funds, and make daily deposits.
