Qualifications

• Relevant experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and ensuring readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies.
• Assign employee duties and promote teamwork and a collaborative environment.
• Keep team informed about new menu items, specials, and promotions for clear service expectations.
• Supervise performance and behavior, ensure adherence to policies and high service standards.
• Monitor time cards and schedules to minimize overtime; enforce SOPs and handle cash receipts and deposits.
