Smashburger | Colorado is hiring a Shift Leader to help build better burgers in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff, ensure food safety standards, and support training and development of team members.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front- and back-of-house teams in a fast-paced foodservice setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train staff.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of both FOH & BOH employees.
• Promote a fun and positive work environment.
• Manage the effectiveness of people focused processes and systems.
• Provide initial and ongoing training to all employees using SmashConnect and LMS.
• Reward and recognizes employee performance that exceeds standards.
• Manage daily labor and assist with onboarding training.
