Smashburger is hiring a Shift Leader in Westminster, CO. You will supervise front- and back-of-house teams, promote a positive work culture, and ensure excellent guest experiences.

You will train staff using SmashConnect and LMS, manage daily checks and inventories, and uphold food safety and brand standards. The role requires strong communication, people management, and reliable time management, with flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete Smashburger training program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of both FOH & BOH employees.
• Promote a fun and positive work environment.
• Manage people-focused processes and systems.
• Provide training to all employees using SmashConnect, LMS, and the 4-step training method.
• Reward and recognize employee performance exceeding standards.
• Complete daily operational checklists, line checks, and uniform standards.
• Review food safety standards and compliance with health departments.
• Explain Smashburger service standards to employees.
• Oversee onboarding and training for new hires.
• Follow COGS procedures for food ordering and inventory.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Manage daily labor and scheduling.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
