You'll oversee daily operations, scheduling, budgeting, and performance analysis to maximize profitability while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and orient Team Members and Shift Supervisors to build a strong team.
• Develop and oversee a comprehensive training plan for managers and trainers.
• Recognize and reward top performers while promoting equity and belonging.
• Address conflicts promptly and maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and swiftly resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff strategically to optimize service and ensure brand standards.
• Lead product rollout meetings and ensure successful implementation.
• Analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and drive profitability without harming service.
• Stay informed about competitors and aim to exceed standards including digital presence and loyalty.
