KFC in Texas is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards and inspire the team. You will lead by example, train, coach, and recognize staff to deliver unforgettable customer experiences.

In this role, you’ll manage daily operations in the RGM’s absence, drive performance, and help recruit and develop talent while following cash control, inventory, and safety procedures.

Formación

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management, cash control and inventory.
• Lead training, coaching and scheduling to ensure service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling the KFC Connect Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee team adherence to shift responsibilities and maintain high food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the RGM in assessing team performance and provide feedback; escalate when needed.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing and hiring Team Members, promoting equity and inclusion.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support the RGM in facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
