Responsibilities

• Lead, perform, and supervise station duties (fountain, grill, drive-thru if applicable) to meet operational standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties (trash, mopping, dishes, counters, equipment).
• Maintain regular attendance and shift coverage.
