Job summary

Soar Restaurants Sonic is seeking a Team/Crew Leader to perform, lead, and supervise daily restaurant operations to deliver quality products and guest service. This role reports to the Manager on Duty and requires reliable attendance, strong communication, and leadership to guide the team.

Responsibilities include supervising station duties (fountain, grill, drive-thru if applicable), onboarding new staff, enforcing policies, maintaining sanitation, and coordinating with MOD on guest or employee

Qualifications

• Experience in general restaurant or retail settings.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Good math and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable) to meet operational standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform, lead, and supervise regular cleaning and sanitation duties – including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease.
• Regular attendance.
• Lead shift meetings.
• Report customer or employee complaints/issues to MOD.
• Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
