Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Alabama is hiring a Team/Crew Leader to perform, lead, and supervise daily restaurant operations to deliver quality products and guest service.

You will oversee station duties, assist with training, enforce policies, supervise sanitation, and lead shift meetings while maintaining regular attendance. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge/Skills: General restaurant or retail knowledge.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions; multitasking and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties to meet operational standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform, lead, and supervise regular cleaning and sanitation duties – including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and tools, wiping counters, sanitizing prep areas, cleaning equipment, and disposing grease.
• Regular attendance.
• Lead shift meetings
• Report customer or employee complaints/issues to MOD
• Move and stock food weighing up to 50 pounds
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required
