Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is seeking a Team/Crew Leader to supervise restaurant operations and staff. The role involves leading station duties across fountain, grill, drive-thru, and support areas to ensure quality products and guest service.

You will assist with onboarding and training, enforce policies, and supervise sanitation tasks. The position requires strong communication, leadership, and multi-tasking skills, with regular attendance, and typical shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general restaurant or retail operations.
• Good basic math and reading skills are required.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to follow directions and policies.
• Multitasking, leadership, time management, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties (fountain, grill, drive-thru, etc.) to meet standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all policies and procedures.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties to operational standards.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Lead shift meetings and report issues to MOD.
• Move and stock food product up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
