Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager in Warrensburg, MO to partner with the General Manager in daily operations. You will mentor staff, ensure guest satisfaction, manage inventory, and uphold food safety standards.

The role requires a proven leadership mindset, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in food/hospitality leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and standards.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with General Manager for smooth restaurant operations.
• Coach and mentor team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Manage inventory and enforce food safety/quality controls.
• Assist with scheduling and labor cost management.
• Provide leadership to achieve sales targets and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized restaurant environment.
• Work with management on operational improvements.
