Flynn Arby’s joined Flynn Group and is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Farmington, MO. You will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, train staff, manage inventory and labor costs, and drive guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, enforcing food safety standards, achieving sales targets, handling inquiries, and maintaining a clean restaurant. This is a full-time role with a robust benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Food/Hospitality role
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Understanding of food safety regulations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests
• Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls
• Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets
