Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Missouri. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, train staff, manage inventory, and help control labor costs while driving sales and delivering excellent guest service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hospitality experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
