Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Carthage, Missouri. In this role you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operation and exceptional guest service.

You will train and mentor team members, manage inventory and labor costs, handle customer inquiries, and drive sales targets while maintaining food safety and quality standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant

• Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards
