Flynn Arby’s in Carthage, Missouri is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, train and mentor staff, manage inventory, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

You will provide leadership, schedule labor, handle guest inquiries, and drive sales targets. This fast-paced role requires strong communication, problem solving, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Food/Hospitality role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
