Job summary

CAVA is hiring Team Leaders to energize our restaurants with hospitality and operational excellence. You will lead daily team activities, partner with the General Manager and Assistant GM, and help deliver great guest experiences while upholding our standards.

You'll open and close the restaurant, assist with food orders, inventory, and cash handling, and coach Team Members through cross-training and development.

Qualifications

• Assist with opening/closing, ordering, inventory, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with GM/AGM, promoting a positive work environment.
• Delegate routines and tasks to team members while ensuring standards.
• Support training and development of Team Members.
• Open and close the restaurant, place food orders, conduct inventory, and handle cash as needed.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver great guest experiences.
