Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to pilot daily operations in our restaurants. You will lead teams, promote a positive environment, and ensure high standards of hospitality and food quality. You will collaborate with managers to train staff, manage opening/closing duties, inventory, and cash handling, while upholding food safety practices.

Experience in team leadership and guest service is valued. This role offers opportunities for growth within a fast‑growing, Mediterranean-inspired restaurant

Qualifications
