CAVA is hiring Team Members to bring our Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and hospitality to life across our restaurants. You will support daily operations, help maintain standards, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

As a Team Leader, you’ll work with managers to coach teammates, assist with opening/closing, inventory, and cash handling, while upholding food safety and a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Provide quality food and hospitality to guests.
• Coach and cross-train Team Members as the business grows.
• Open/close restaurant, place orders, conduct inventory, and handle cash.
• Support food safety initiatives and cleanliness standards.
• Model sound decision making and resolve issues as they arise.
• Support shift deployment to ensure high service levels.

• Promote a positive work environment and guest service excellence.
• Delegate routines, monitor performance, and support training.
