Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to energize our restaurants and bring our mission, values, and hospitality to life for guests and Team Members. You will partner with the Assistant General Managers and General Managers to lead daily operations, promote a positive work environment, and deliver on our commitments to guests.

The role supports training, delegation of routines, and preserving high standards across service, food quality, and safety in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Work closely with Managers to bring hospitality to guests.
• Coach and cross-train Team Members as the business grows.
• Support restaurant operations including opening/closing, inventory, and cash handling.
• Follow food safety practices and cleanliness standards.

• Delegate routines and key tasks to team members.
• Ensure standards are executed and support training of others.
