Job summary

CAVA is hiring Team Members to lead our restaurant teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a Team Leader, you will partner with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to supervise daily operations, promote a positive work environment, and uphold our standards for service and quality.

You will coordinate with team members to delegate tasks, ensure food safety, and support training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and delivering great guest experiences.
• Ability to coach, develop, and train team members as the business grows.
• Support opening/closing, inventory, food orders, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Place food orders and conduct inventory checks as needed.
• Handle cash and support guest service excellence during shifts.
• Support food safety practices and cleanliness standards across the team.
• Model decision making and help resolve issues during service.
• Assist deployment on shifts to maximize service and timely food presentation.
