• Coach, develop, and support cross training of Team Members as the business grows.
• Open/close responsibilities include cash handling and inventory when needed.
• Ensure food safety practices and cleanliness standards are followed by all Team Members.
• Model sound decision making and help resolve issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team operations and promote a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with managers to deliver on guest commitments and hospitality.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, food orders, inventory, and cash handling as needed.
• Support training and development of other Team Members across shifts.
