Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Manager I (MGRI) to support branch management in executing QSR-style restaurant operations. The role ensures the restaurant is clean, staffed, and operates to high standards, following prescribed policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within a defined unit.
• Assists in interviewing and hiring decisions, and recommends promotion or termination to the GM.
• Assigns tasks, prepares schedules, and ensures shifts are covered.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP).
• Operates cash register and handles transactions per cash handling policies.
