Job summary

Cafua Management Company, a Dunkin Donuts franchise, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in building a strong team and delivering great guest experiences while driving profitable top-line sales.

You will recruit, train, and develop crew and shift leaders, ensure safety and brand standards, manage schedules, control costs, and help roll out new products with effective communication and coaching.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for 6+ hours at a time.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees and maintain staffing levels.
• Communicate job expectations and ensure training per guidelines.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance.
• Create and maintain a guest first culture.
• Maintain safe, clean environment and comply with safety guidelines.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are followed.
• Help implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards.
• Drive sales goals and track results.
