Job summary

Cafua Management Company seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in building a capable team and delivering friendly guest experiences, while driving profitable top-line sales.

You will help develop Crew and Shift Leaders, ensure brand standards, and enforce safety and sanitation guidelines. This role offers growth within a large Dunkin Donuts franchise network and opportunities to lead store performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, or equivalent.
• Open availability to work all shifts.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees, maintaining staffing levels.
• Communicate job expectations and ensure training per guidelines.
• Hold team accountable for behavior and performance; address concerns.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with laws and brand standards.
• Support execution of production, quality and guest service standards.
• Review guest feedback and drive improvements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability and adhere to cash handling rules.
• Demonstrate weekly inventory and labor scheduling competency.
• Assist with new product roll-outs and team training.
• Drive sales goals and track results.
