Job summary

Moe in Carmel, IN is seeking a Team Leader to assist in daily restaurant operations and to stand in for the General Manager when needed. You will help supervise shifts, ensure food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.

You will handle team member issues, guest comments, and coordinate with management on labor costs. The role involves training new hires, enforcing policies, cash handling, and opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising shifts or teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety and sanitation.
• Assist in managing daily labor controls and costs as directed by management.
• Assist with guest comments and complaints and escalate as needed.
• Support ongoing training of team members, including new hires, to ensure adherence to procedures and policies.
• Open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
