Job summary

Moe's Franchise in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Team Leader to help run daily restaurant operations on-site. You will supervise shifts, support both front and back of house, and help manage labor costs while delivering high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.

You will train staff, handle guest comments or complaints, ensure cash handling procedures are followed, and step in for management when needed to open or close the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in quick-service or restaurant supervision preferred.
• Ability to train new hires and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Ensure a positive experience for guests and teammates.
• Manage both FOH and BOH shift responsibilities and labor costs.
• Monitor speed of service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with guest comments and complaints.
• Supervise daily shifts to uphold standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Assist in ongoing training of team members and new hires.
• Enforce uniform policy and standards.
• Open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
