Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Offer guests and team members a positive experience and atmosphere.
• Manage FOH and BOH shift responsibilities to help control daily labor costs as directed by management.
• Monitor speed of service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist with guest comments and complaints.
• Supervise daily shifts to maintain company standards, product quality, and cleanliness.
• Assist in ongoing training of team members, including new hires and existing staff to ensure procedures are followed.
• Encourage adherence to uniform policy and standards.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
