Job summary

CAVA is hiring Team Leaders to drive mission, values, and competencies across our restaurants. You will lead daily operations with managers and teams, promote a positive work environment, and uphold commitments to guests. This role emphasizes training, delegation, and ensuring standards are executed consistently.

You will work closely with management to deliver great guest experiences, support food safety, and help grow the team through coaching and development on every shift.

Qualifications

• Foster hospitality to guests and team members.
• Coach and develop team members as the business grows.
• Open/close the restaurant, place orders, conduct inventory, handle cash.
• Support food safety initiatives and cleanliness standards.
• Model sound decision making and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities
