Responsibilities

• Assist RM with floor operations and brand training.
• Lead team meetings with RM.
• Oversee brand training programs, schedule, train, certify team and shift leads.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are followed.
• Maintain guest-focused culture and conduct action plans from feedback.
• Support RM in scheduling, staffing and vendor orders.
• Manage inventory and cash handling per policies.
• Engage with Dunkin' Field Ops as appropriate.
