Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager and lead team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager; supervise brand training and scheduling.
• Oversee brand standards, recipes, systems and safety/compliance; manage labor and inventory with RM.
• Review guest feedback and drive improvements; communicate priorities and results to team.
• Support RM with new product rollouts, marketing, and in-store POS setup per brand standards.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members; coach performance to improve sales and profitability.
