Job summary

CAVA in the United States is seeking Team Leaders to bring our mission, values, and guest-first service to life in our restaurants. TLs support performance with General Managers by leading daily teams, promoting a positive work environment, and delivering on guest commitments.

You will delegate routines, ensure standards, and help train and develop other Team Members, while upholding food safety and quality as you open, close, and support operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in the restaurant in partnership with General Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Promote a positive work environment and deliver on guest commitments.
• Delegate routines and important tasks to Team Members while ensuring standards are met.
• Support training and development of Team Members as the business grows.
• Open and close the restaurant, place food orders, conduct inventory, and handle cash as needed.
• Model sound decision making and resolve issues that may arise.
