Job summary

CAVA is hiring Team Leaders to bring our mission, values, and guest-centered service to life across our restaurants. TLs partner with GMs and managers, lead daily operations, and foster a positive work environment while upholding standards and training teammates.

This role emphasizes opening/closing duties, inventory, ordering, cash handling, food safety, and ensuring outstanding guest experiences. It requires coaching others, adaptability, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Lead hospitality with guests and teammates to deliver quality food.
• Coach and cross-train Team Members as the business grows.
• Open/close restaurant, place orders, conduct inventory, and handle cash.
• Support food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Model sound decision making and resolve issues on shift.
• Support deployment on shifts to ensure high service levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure standards are executed.
• Foster a positive work environment and training for teammates.
• Collaborate with General Managers to deliver guest satisfaction.
