Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to bring our mission, values, and guest-first approach to life in our restaurants. TLs work with the leadership team to guide daily operations, delegate tasks, and promote a positive work environment while ensuring standards and guest experiences remain top-notch.

Responsibilities include assisting with opening/closing, inventory, orders, and cash handling, while supporting training and food safety across the team. Candidates should embody hospitality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Work closely with Managers and Team Members to bring the spirit of hospitality to our guests and create quality food
• Coach, develop, and support the cross training of Team Members
• Support the overall restaurant experience and execute key duties including but not limited to opening and closing the restaurant, placing food orders, conducting inventory, and cash handling as needed
• Support food safety initiatives and ensure that other Team Members follow proper food safety practices and cleanliness standards
• Model sound decision making and help resolve issues that may arise
• Support deployment practices on your scheduled shift to ensure heightened levels of service interactions with guests, as well as prompt presentation of food orders

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and support the GM/AGM in delivering guest satisfaction
• Promote a positive work environment and ensure standards are executed
• Coach and train Team Members and support cross-training as the business grows
• Oversee opening/closing duties, inventory, food orders, and cash handling when needed
• Ensure food safety practices and cleanliness across the team and restaurant
