Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Team Leader to bring its mission, values, and hospitality standards to life on the floor. The TL will work with the General Manager and Assistant GMs to inspire the team, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver on commitments to guests and colleagues.

The role emphasizes leading by example, maintaining food safety practices, and fostering a positive work environment across shifts. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Lead and mentor Team Members to deliver hospitality and quality guest experiences.
• Coach and develop the team, supporting growth and cross-training as the business grows.
• Maintain restaurant operations, including opening/closing duties, inventory, and food safety practices.
