Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to bring our mission, values, and guest-focused service to life in our restaurants. TLs lead daily operations with the General Manager team, foster a positive work environment, delegate routines, and support training and development of Team Members.

Key duties include opening and closing the restaurant, placing orders, conducting inventory, cash handling, and ensuring food safety standards. We value hospitality, accountability, and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and guest service.
• Ability to coach, develop, and cross-train Team Members.
• Experience with opening/closing, food orders, inventory, and cash handling.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Strong decision-making and issue resolution.
• Ability to schedule shifts to ensure high service levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team daily and promote a positive work environment.
• Delegate routines and ensure standards are executed.
• Support training and development of other Team Members.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with shift deployment to maintain service levels.
