Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to bring our mission and guest-focused service to life in our restaurants. TLs work with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager to lead daily operations, promote a positive work environment, and deliver on commitments to guests.

They delegate routines, ensure standards, and support training and development of Team Members. This role offers opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, hospitality-driven culture and to contribute to memorable guest experiences

Qualifications

• Lead the team daily and promote a positive work environment.
• Coach, develop, and support cross-training as the business grows.
• Support restaurant operations including opening/closing, placing orders, inventory, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant shifts and manage key duties.
• Ensure food safety practices and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Delegate routines and tasks to team members while ensuring standards.
• Support training and development of Team Members.
