Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to bring our hospitality culture to life across our restaurants, guiding team members and ensuring high guest satisfaction. TLs partner with General Managers and Assistant GMs to lead daily operations, promote a positive work environment, and uphold our standards.

You will delegate tasks, assist with opening/closing, inventory, and cash handling, and train others while maintaining food safety and excellence in service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Lead daily operations with Managers and Team Members to deliver hospitality.
• Coach and cross-train Team Members as the business grows.
• Open/close restaurant, place food orders, conduct inventory, and handle cash.
• Uphold food safety standards and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead team daily and support performance with GM and AGM.
• Ensure a positive work environment and execute key duties.
• Delegate routines and important tasks to team members.
• Support deployment practices on your shift to raise service levels.
