Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Leaders to help bring our mission, values, and hospitality to life in our restaurants. TLs lead daily operations, support General Managers, promote a positive work environment, delegate routines, and ensure standards are met while coaching team members.

As part of our team, you will help open/close shifts, manage inventory, assist with cash handling, and contribute to exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant leadership is valuable.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team operations and guest service standards.
• Promote a positive work environment and deliver on commitments to guests.
• Delegate routines, ensure standards are met, and support training of Team Members.
